Returns & Refunds

Fit ‘n’ Fun Cat Wheel will accept returns on products that have NOT been used or assembled in any way, with the packaging for the products still intact. For returns, we ask that your please contact Fit ‘n’ Fun Cat Wheel within seven (7) days of the product's delivery to request a refund. A 35% restocking fee will apply. Return shipping costs are not paid for by Fit ‘n’ Fun Cat Wheel. Orders cancelled prior to shipping are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Refunds are issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. Next, contact your bank to see if a refund is marked as received/pending. If you’ve checked both your banking and credit card company and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@fitnfuncatwheel.com and we'll try to resolve the issue.

Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your purchase for a variation of the same item, please contact us at info@fitnfuncatwheel.com and we will help you through your exchange. Please note: Shipping fees for exchanged items are not paid for by Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel.
