Important Info:
- Address: Our courier service ONLY delivers to full street addresses. For this reason, we cannot deliver to Post Office addresses, PO Boxes, Parcel Collect, Locked Bags, or Parcel Lockers.
- Signature Delivery: All cat wheel deliveries need to be signed for unless you select the "Authority to leave" option in the My Shipments tab.
- Authority to Leave: If you have marked your order with "Authority to leave", make sure you provide clear instructions on where your package should be left if you are not home.
- Failed Delivery: If our courier is unable to complete the delivery, they will attempt again the next day, or leave a card prompting you to call and arrange for a time for it to be delivered. Re-delivery may incur some charges on your end.
Shipping Rates:
As of June 14, 2023, flat rate shipping for the G5 Ferris Cat Wheel will be calculated based on the following zones:
- New South Wales/Victoria/Queensland: $60
- Western Australia/South Australia: $130
- Northern Territory/Tasmania: $160
- New Zealand: $180

- Delivery hours: Our courier service delivers on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 9:00am to 5:00pm (excluding Public Holidays).
- National City Metro areas (NSW, VIC, QLD, & ACT): 2-4 business days.
- SA, WA, NT, TAS, and Regional Areas: 5-8 business days.
- New Zealand: 1-3 weeks.
