1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
Each Fit 'n' Fun Ferris Cat Wheel is covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. This covers replacement of cat wheel parts that are broken or damaged during normal use by cats or small animals weighing no more than 11.33kg in an indoor setting only.
This Warranty does not cover damage sustained to the EVA foam tiles or the six (6) skate wheels. Fit ‘n’ Fun Cat Wheel is not responsible for any damage(s) caused by our products. Warranty requires that the wheel assembly, placement, location, and positioning must follow the guidelines covered in the Assembly Manual. In other words, this 1-Year Warranty will be made void if:
1) the wheel is assembled outside or used outside;
2) the wheel is broken or damaged due to incorrect assembly; and
3) the wheel is damaged due to animals, people, or objects resting on the wheel that exceed a total weight of 11.33kg.
In the event that your items are found damaged upon delivery, please send clear photos within 48 hours to info@fitnfuncatwheel.com and we will send out replacement parts as soon as we can (pending inventory availability).
