The Ergo Purrch can support up to 20.4kg, with dimensions of 42x42x10 cm, making it suitable for most cats.

The bolt and nut on the wooden Ergo Purrch are well out of the way of a cat’s natural sleeping position. Alternatively, the handwoven Ergo Purrch includes a removable pillow for guarantee comfort.

The ERGO PURRCH™️ weighs 3kg (arm mount) and additionally 1kg (handwoven bed option), or up to an additional 3.4kg (wooden bed option), and can support pets up to 20.4kg. It’s down to your cat’s weight and your table’s capacity to handle this combined weight, potentially up to 24kg. If your glass table can support it, you’re good to go! Always ensure safety first; it may be best to connect with the manufacturer of your glass table to confirm its capacity and see if it’s tempered glass.

Regular Cleaning:

• Dust Removal: Use a soft brush or a vacuum with a brush attachment to gently remove dust and loose debris from the surface of the bed.

• Spot Cleaning: For minor stains, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Gently blot the stain, avoiding excessive moisture, which can damage the paper fibers.

• Drying: Allow the bed to air dry completely in a well-ventilated area. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can cause the material to become brittle and fade over time.

Deep Cleaning:

• Vacuuming: Thoroughly vacuum the bed to remove embedded dirt. Use a low suction setting to prevent damage to the fibers.

• Mild Cleaning Solution: Mix a small amount of gentle, non-abrasive detergent with water. Dip a soft cloth in the solution, wring it out well, and gently wipe the bed’s surface.

• Rinsing: Wipe the bed with a clean, damp cloth to remove any soap residue.

• Drying: Again, ensure the bed is completely air-dried in a shaded area.

• Polyester Soft Bed Care Instructions: Machine washable for easy care. Use a hand-wash or gentle cycle with cold water and a mild detergent. Tumble dry on low or air dry, checking every 2-5 minutes. Regularly fluff to maintain shape and comfort. Avoid bleach and do not iron.

Shipping rates: Unlike the Ferris Cat Wheel, we cannot offer flat-rate shipping for the ERGO PURRCH™. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your address.

Pre-Order Refund Policy:

Non-Refundable Deposit

By placing a pre-order, you agree to pay a 20% deposit that is non-refundable. This deposit will be used to cover shipping and restocking costs in advance, and therefore, cannot be refunded once Ergo Purrch stock has arrived.

Return Policy:

Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel has a 30-day return policy for the ERGO PURRCH™, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you're not completely satisfied.

In the event of a faulty item, missing parts, or other unforeseen issues, please contact info@fitnfuncatwheel and provide as much information, including photos and/or videos of the issue(s) in question.

To qualify for a return, please ensure your item is in its original condition, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase to avoid delays.

Once your return is approved, please return your ERGO PURRCH™ to the address provided by Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel. To start your return, contact us at info@fitnfuncatwheel.com. Please let us know the reason for your return, as customer and pet experience is our number one priority!

1-Year Warranty:

ERGO PURRCH™ comes with a 1-Year Warranty. If you encounter any functional defects within this period, please notify Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel, and we will promptly assist in resolving the issue. We may request photos and/or videos as proof of the defect. This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, or improper use. Resolution methods will be determined by Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel and may not necessarily include a full replacement or refund of the product.

Please note: Fit 'n' Fun Cat Wheel reserves the right to deny refunds if deemed appropriate. Additionally, we may charge for the necessary repairs if the product is damaged upon return. We strive to respond to inquiries promptly. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover problems that result from external causes such as accidents, abuse, misuse by persons or pets, or unauthorised repairs or modifications. It also does not apply to wear and tear
